The beam expanders are great! I'll post some pics of the changes it makes to my 589's divergence.

I already have both beam expanders that DL sold so I am completely comfortable giving my coupon code to whoever wants it.

I'm still not sure I'm buying one, just wanted to ask. But do let me know if an extra coupon is available

I sent an email a little earlier asking about these coupons, how they work, and how many I will get. I also asked about the membership upgrades and points distribution. As soon as I hear something I will post it.

I've also received the bank wire account information to make a wire transfer. It wasn't until now that I was able to communicate to Adam I'd rather pay with a credit card so I am waiting to see if that will still be an option. Of so I will give him my card info tonight and get these paid for. If not then the bank transfer will be initiated tomorrow morning and will take a few days to clear. Either way they will get paid for very soon and these should be on their way across the pond in a few days.

Received word from Adam. No points, not even to me, will be awarded due to the already large discount given. He did however agree to upgrade any member to a silver status if they participated in this group buy. This will be done sometime after I send the warranty list to him. Although it wasn't mentioned I suspect if you are already a silver member he may be willing to upgrade to gold. If anyone is already a silver member why don't you let me know and I will make this request when I send the list to him.

Also, I will have to send a wire transfer. Due to the size of the order, the discount given, and free shipping, they are not willing to eat the fees associated with a credit card transfer, so I would have to add back 4%.

Adam received the money. He says 6 of the lasers will go out in the mail today and the other 5 in about 4-7 working days.

I suppose I will keep one of the first six since I bought two and then ship out five to the first five people who get their balances paid. When the second batch follows the rest of the balances should all be in and I will mail them out too. Shipping here should take about 5 days so I will be looking at Wednesday or so to start shipping the first batch.

Ok, here's the deal with the coupon. The code is good for 11 uses. If you don't want yours then let me know and I will "advertise" a giveaway of the remaining uses. Anyone who may want one of the advertised coupons can PM me. I'm not going to give them away to just anyone who asks, there are a handful of people who have asked for them already and they are first. Then, depending on who else asks I may give the remaining uses away. To protect those who are in the GB and want to use their code I will release the codes to them first and then, once everyone in the GB has bought a BE with their code, I will release the remaining uses to others. If the code gets out and gets used more than 11 times then the participants may not get to use it. Because I have no control over one individual giving the code to another, and another, etc... and then the code getting all used up, I will only release to the GB participants first and then others afterwards. I have to have a little faith that the GB participants will honor each other and not give the code out. Once the GB members get their use then others can ask for the code.

So, if you're planning to use the code for a BE let me know. Also, of you don't have an account set up yet, go set one up and then use the "contact us" tab to email Adam. On your email put attn: Adam somewhere up top. Tell him you are a GB participant for the 589 and he will cross reference your name and email to the list I've given him and if you are on the list he will upgrade your account to Silver. If you're not on the list, well guess what..... Once this is done you can use your code and you should get an additional 10% off.

Let me know if you have any issues with getting things set up. Adam is very responsive, he usually starts returning emails around 10pm.

I was unaware of the "coupon" situation, but if we end up having access to a discount on the BE, I plan on using it.

I see the list on page one has some updates for people interested in BE. I didn't provide you with the cost of this when I paid in full on 6/20, so please let me know how to proceed. (also, my name isn't updated)
