diode group buy

could someone organise a group buy for low powered diodes, 10-75mw, assorted wavelengths.

I wouldn't mind doing something like this.

But only after I sit in a Police Station and verify if all this is legal. But I'm pretty sure it should be fine, since the ban is on pointers and not diodes.

The ban only covers pointers and you can probably import lab style lasers/modules and plain diodes still. Just don't let them know that you plan on making pointers with them and you should be fine.

Step 1=buy a bunch of these

Step 2=buy a dvd burner
step 3=make laser.

You should be able to. It is a non battery operated module and can't possibly be seen as a pointer.
