Hmm. What recourse upon seizure? Seems ridiculous that they would declare it laser Stuff when Every Chinese company that deals with the US knows FLASHLIGHT is the preferred declaration. Though DHL usually shoots em through....

Yes, they have the shutter, delay, key, and dongle (not sure what the 5th safety feature is).

So they should be fine.

Laser beam emission indicator light is the last of the requirements iirc. I could be (and hope I am) wrong but AFAIK CNI doesn't have accession numbers for their products which is why I was sweating bullets when my 589 took so long to clear customs. I think like UPS DHL has their own in house customs clearance which hopefully means things go smoothly for you guys.

To be honest I had kinda lost my spark of excitement for this laser until now. My new batteries are in, and now DHL is processing through Beijing. So close
