I was just wondering if the protected 18650 will fit. Also is it a good idea to get protected batteries for this, and most other lasers (if the protected batteries fit) or doesn't it matter.
I haven't ordered batteries yet, so I thought I would ask.

It doesn't fit very well. The tailcap will be displaced a little however it'll still hold itself together.

I was hoping the lasers would see stateside @15-17th.

So everything appears to be on schedule. Realistically so long as it arrives inside the month of July i'll be happy.

Thanks for the heads up :) I have another awesome laser on its way as we speak, so I am not quite as antsy as I would be otherwise.

I'm placing bets on late July - early August. I'm waiting on something from this as well...

You're saying you're not antsy about 800mW of 532nm and a 671nm? I'd be freaking out regardless of that 473nm I see there ;)

I am pumped as all get out, don't get me wrong. Between those three lasers, I have sunk in 900 dollars lol. That is an entire months worth of wages for me....and I just committed to get a Linna Projector from hakzaw1's GB for 515. I am hella antsy. But, knowing I will have a tide-me-over for the CNI Lasers is enough to allow me to lay my head back in the massage chair.

I am getting pretty excited myself though patience is very important here, 800mw of green at the price bloom got us is simply awesome.

Look at the other CNI GBs <2012 - they took manymany months.

So I hope nobody is complaining here :)

There are no complaints... just a bunch of giddy kids jumping up and down because it is Christmas night and the wait is killing them. But how can they complain? But every once in awhile we like to peek at the clock and look at how close it is to opening our presents.

I swearz I been gud all yearz Mister!
