Hey Stevie, we would all love to hear from you about a couple things.
1. Your current physical state of being.
2. The status of this GB.
Man this guy is hardly ever on LPF. Like once a week.

Um, that seems VERY much at odds with the understanding I got from him via PM about his injuries. How many days ago was this? Do we have a problem here?

They've certainly got to be made. They we're ordered a few days after I ordered my MOD9s, and I've had those for two weeks now - plus, the MOD9s were shipped to Canada.

Steps / thoughts / information ?

I dont have any stake in this but I wouldnt jump to conclusions yet. Does his girlfriend understand what hes doing with the car?

I can say that my girlfriend might say that I was working on a car even if I wheeled myself out there in a wheelchair just to look and try to asses the damage.

Hopefully Stevie sees these concerns and updates you guys.

Rhd, I think you should ask Ben for stevies cell phone number and give him a call since this is really your guys group buy

I just think it's really weird that with a broke leg he isn't bored enough to get on the computer..... He should realize that there is a group buy with lots of people's money that would really appreciate an update

BH, if you send me his number, I'm happy to call him.

I agree with you Jake. And it would be one thing if he just wasn't on the forum answering PMs, but he isn't replying to personal emails that I've been sending him for a week or so now. Injury or not, people always find a way to check their emails.

Hopefully there is a simple explanation here. I can't help but feel bad about this. If I hadn't passed the group buy off to stevie, we wouldn't have this stress.

Little known fact - credit card companies will reverse charges for 90 if you pay for something that doesn't arrive. Paypal hates it when you do this, because it essentially circumvents their 45 day limit. But your credit card issuer is concerned with you, not with paypal, and they'll reverse charges for you notwithstanding Paypal's shorter time limit for complaints.

It is my understanding that Paypal on their end then debits the money out of the sellers amounts and/or tries to collect. At any rate, I don't think this is warranted right now, but if we continue to not hear anything, it might be a safety fallback option in a few days.
