Blackwolf, you are on both spreadsheets. You can check whichever one is open to you.

LPF members: I got an email from the supplier last night asking me to increase the price from $5.75 per lens to $6.50 per lens because it was causing problems with other buyers and I was afraid that this group buy was going to be over before it barely got started. I emailed them back and pleaded my case for leaving the price where it is, explaining that the shipping was not free and the PayPal fees were not free. In the end, the supplier relented and said they would support my group buy until the end. This leaves a very unfortunate situation, however. It is more than unlikely that this price will be going down at any time in the future. I am sorry for getting your hopes up, but I did manage to save the group buy as it stands. Everyone is welcome and I am still hoping that this will be a larger group buy than the O-Like one from a couple of months ago, or when ever it was( I can't remember off hand, old age is starting to creep up on me). Still, $5.75 for one lens is a great price in my book and I hope the members who are interested in this will support me. Sorry to make this so long, but it was a very close call last night. Thank you everyone who has ordered, so far, and to the members who have visited this site and are thinking about joining this GB. I appreciate it very much, and I will do all I can to make this as cheap as I can from my end. Paul

ru124t, thank you, my friend. Are the spreadsheet problems a thing of the past? If not, let me know and I will do what I can to fix it. Also, tell all your friends about the group buy, so se can get a large amount to compete with the popular O-Like lens group buy that ended up costing us $8.50 per lens and were sent from Greece.

Hey Paul, these thinks happen when you are hosting a group buy, theres like 50 ways it can go wrong and maybe 2 ways 2 do it right and it will collapse on you also, some dont see the ugly side and hard work that goes in to GBs,

I am trying to get a deal on shipping these out and I will definitely get you a deal on shipping to Israel if you want 20 lenses, but I can only do what I can do within the constraints that have been put on me. Hi everyone! Thejoker301 is on the spreadsheets, and so is ImA4Wheeler. Thank you both for participating. I believe we are up to 65 lenses, so far. I have a doctor's appointment in a few hours, so if someone else orders, it may take me a little while to get you on the spread sheets. I've been so busy I haven't checked on that, yet. The lenses are very light and weigh only a fraction of a gram each. I will check into this as soon as possible.


ON SHIPPING TO COUTRIES OUTSIDE THE USA: My preliminary price is about $5.00 for all packages going to Netherlands, Israel, Canada, etc. This MIGHT change if I can get a group rate somehow. Inside the USA it will be under $2.00. I will continue to try to find the best price for everyone involved.

My 3 lenses from techhood came in the mail today and I get a 22% increase over 3 element. The Maglite in my sig went from 2536mW to 3103mW

Photonz, I just got a new lens in today as well. I hadn't checked it against the other lenses yet, though. I will have to check mine to see if they are indeed the same lenses I bought from Techhod back about three months ago. It is possible that these are not the same lenses as the ones I purchased before. Your figures are correct, however. If you got that increase over a three element lens, then that would be a 22% increase. If this checks out with the lens I received just about 30 minutes ago, then they must be a different lens. If that is the case, all I can say is I was misled as well. It will take me a couple of hours to get mine set up to do the comparisons, then I will post my results as well.
