Well if you buy a 589nm along with the beam expander , you'll be paying $75 shipping for total item price of $600-700 .
Not as pricey in relative terms .

PS: No , I'm not related to CNI in anyway , just trying to get the 10pcs discount :crackup:

I will be buying an 80mW 589 for sure, and probably a 50mW 473, and the beam expander. If we can get the 10pcs discount for the two lasers then I will be looking at:

350+585+150=1085+Shipping/Insurance

We really need to focus on a single wavelength here , cos if we spread out like that , we'll NEVER get the 10pc discount :p

I'd be interested in a high powered 532nm if we can get enough people together as well, might try to pick up a 473mn or 671nm also, but idk I'm pretty much just waiting to see the 10 piece price on the 589nm, and how everything moves along once this actually gets going here after a bit..

someone need to open a poll for the feeler so people can decide on what to buy and start doing research

I would totally be in for 50 mW+ 473 or 589 but I'm trying to save up for a opto rpl 260.

If the prices are the same put me down for a PGL-III-C-532-100mW

But if there is some way in hell I could get that 300mw at $160 than boom goes the dynamite! Too bad there is no in between like say, 200mW? I can't wait to see the update on this thread.
