For a 473 near that range you should really give Jetlasers a call. Mine hits 70 mW from a cold start and climbs up to 100mW when warmed up. For 320 dollars, that is a steal. I think they are going to be changing their pricing soon though, since on their website they are now listing a 30mW and a 50mW unit for 100 and 150 dollars more, respectively.

EDIT: I just realized I was the only super irresponsible person who bought two CNI lasers in the last GB. I need to go think about my life.

No that has been like that, the 30mW is $400 and the 50mW has been $450 for a while, but it does say "ON SALE"... so we will see

See HERE for the sales thread by Gray from Jetlasers.

Here is a quote from the OP:

The planned GB prices for PL-E PRO is that:
PL-E Pro 532nm 150mW: 200$
PL-E Pro 532nm 300mW: 300$
PL-E Pro 532nm 500mW: 400$

10-30mW 473nm PL-E Pro: 300$

Sure we can also assemble some 520nm diode lasers in PL-E Pro as we are stocking & testing them.
PL-E Pro 520nm 50mW: 410$

Notes: A back-up barrel included free of charge, mostly the diamond knurling type.
Pls use a single 18650/26650 for PL-E Pro 532nm instead of two 16340s/18350 batts. It is more safe.

But if you wanna run it with ac adapter, 8V is okay. Two batts fully charged is bit high in voltage.

The price comes out to 320 dollars after shipping and all that.

Its still not exactly a
PGL-III-C-473-50mW/Unit at USD325.00 which peaks at 70mw-80mW probably irl.

At 30mW , 473's beam is rather dim-nonexistent in city lights

NEED MOAR POWAR!
Then JetLaser is a keeper :D

In the meantime . CNI's relatively lower price makes it rather tough competitor .

According to Hakzaw1, he thinks they didn't expect to see such good output out of them and they had already quoted a price so they have stuck with it for a bit. That is why I think they will go up soon.

But if the final output from those
10-30mW 473nm ends up just being 30-50mW instead of that experienced by you as in the 70-100mW range.
I don't really have the bargaining power to ask for a replacement do I?

No not really. However, 3 or 4 people have purchased them and they have all been very overspec. The lowest I have seen someone get was 67mW.

100mW 473? You don't say!

Might get one to have a portable, still waiting on that 100mW 473 from Norby.

I don't expect the prices to be higher a second time around, so I feel you can rest easy on the prices.

Crazy for getting 2? If I can, I might get 3. Ha!

Hey bloomy my PLE Pro 473 was sustaining 150mW earlier. 10-30mW unit hahahaha. Check out the last page of my review on it to see a lpm video of a few moments before the sustained 150mW.

You can also add the option:

If you want to get your hands on a CNI RGB-white-handheld-laser, contact member DJNY for details. Price is $1650.

Maybe someone has the money ready for such an extra-unique laser.

You also have the RG (yellow), RB (purple), GB (turkish) laser included than.

Or link to this post :)

Anyone know the different between 650/405 and 640/450? Also, I didn't know they did GB, I knew of the 2 RB and the RG.

With the RGB, they should be able to get the option to also combine just two specific wavelengths.
