Why would you like to purchase one if you're CNI? If you're not CNI then your user name is kind of misleading... Anyway if you want to buy a 473nm in a GB you'll have to wait till GB#10. I'd expect it to start within the next couple weeks.

But, CNI, if you actually are a CNI Rep and - If you are checking in... PLEASE give us some new DPSS Wavelengths in the PGL-III-C hosts!! 505, 458, 605, something like that! They will sell!

How long does it usually take for CNI to ship the lasers after the order is placed? A couple weeks?

Yes usually about 2 weeks, and that's about what I expect this time. Occasionally, it's longer if there are unusual circumstances. -Glenn

Apparently the Chinese are on holiday until the 4th.
At the moment nothing is going on, but I hope Glenn is right, that it should be ~2 weeks.

my first vote for a new WL in a portable host (what the main discussion is about right now...) would have to be orange (although would be very hard to achieve) followed by 500nm Cyan. Just my two cents...

589nm pretty much is orange, A nice yellow would be cool.

Hm haven´t heard about a laser wavelength between 561nm and 589nm, maybe CNI is able to produce a special wavelength for us when there is enough interest :thinking:
