Since this thread is full of Skylaser/Laserbtb owners, I figured I would just post here.

Does anyone own one of their HL808 300-1000 Lasers? If so, which model, and what do you use it for/how do you use it? I feel like an IR laser would be a cool thing to own, but I want feedback from someone who has one first.

I retested and got 490, I think because in my haste I tested them right when I brought them in out of 95 degree weather is the reason it was lower. The flashes tested the same.

I will also say that because the battery tubes on the flash pointer if you shake the laser it will turn off because the batteries wiggle to much. A little bit of tape to take up gap and get rid of the rattling noise fixes the issue.

I really like the way they handled a request i made and actually put it into practice!

I'm talking about a extention tube for the PL series handhelds that make these hosts not only more sexy, but more functional aswell.

You should contact smeerworst. He has the PL808-3W!

Sweet reading right? :beer: about the pointer issue. I believe every pointer has that. The shaking makes the batteries momentarely not touch a contact points. Although lasers are not meant to be shaken i think the tape thing is a good solution :)

Hi Offroads,
I still have not received a tracking #, but today I did receive the my lasers and accessories. It was actually kind of nice not knowing the package shipped yet and checking tracking every half day or so. I saw DHL pull up to my place of work and when I saw the package size I knew exactly what it was. The lasers work great. Can't wait until the weekend to use them in my photography! This was my third GB with you and it could not have gone any smoother. I am already looking forward to the next one.

I got a DHL notice today that a shipment is coming tomorrow from China. I'm pretty sure that's what it is... we'll see :)

Kevin his communication with the mail is slow. I sent a mail requesting tracking numbers just now. I would be worried but the fact that people receive their stuff in good and up to spec condition males me loosen up a little. However i still work on getting tracking numbers as proof to me that everything has shipped!

Would be great man! I am so curious to see wjat the output of your lasers are. Especially the PL532 :)

The thread says there are 13 total people that placed orders, 4 people had their lasers shipped out earlier and 9 more just got sent out reaching the total of 13. I have not received a tracking number so I am not sure if I am just missing something here or what. :thinking:
