I sure wouldn't mind a second, free laser as a compensation for the long wait :p
I'm still hoping to get my laser though but you never know.

Frankly though, I like the 150mW enough, that I wouldn't mind buying another just to have it :D:D

I love the fact that our names, and nicknames are on the lasers, along with serial number, etc,. Make them look very officially.

@Offroad... When's the next GB, I need a 1W red, and some purple lasers asap:D

Lol, yes i will host another GB for you guys! My guess is that with my experience from this one and with optimilisation of communication with kevin, things can go ALLOT faster :p

Allready spoke with kevin about it. He in for it aswell! However we both agreed that we first have to finish up this GB and make sure that everyone is satisfied.

After that we can talk about another one :)

The biggest problem was/is the shipping. I hope, (now obviously with a lot of renewed faith and optimism:)) the others get their lasers soon too.

I'm not sure what the other shipping options available to SKY are, but it might make sense to mimic the approach that Len, (Hakzaw) takes with the group buys he runs, where the lasers are shipped in one package to him, and then he sends them out to individual buyers.

Yeah that could be a possibility too. Here on my location you have 0.01% chance customs take your laser. However shipping them all from kevin to me via FEDEX and then re-package and re-ship them to the US is possible but it would be way more expensive then this. A tracked package to america of 2-5kg would be about 50$ including having to buy material to re- package with postNL. Also this does not include the FEDEX shipment -.-

I will discuss it with kevin after this GB

I still didn't received my laser. :(

Something else I have ordered and it went very fast with FeDex,
Ordered on October 25th, item in China
Received at October 29th in Belgium !

It was the ThruNite TN31 and the TN10.

Yup goes very fast with fedex only prices of fedex shipments are quite high too.

Anyway it sucks that you still have not received anything. :( I hope you miraculously receive it tomorrow :p

EDIT: you guys still have not reveiled the suprises :p :p :tinfoil:

Uhm, well, it's not that big of a deal. Pretty cool, but still, surprise wise I was expecting more.

On the huge PLUS side, spec wise I was expecting less. :gj: Kevin picking out those lasers.

offroadfreak8582, with the shipping, I didn't mean for you to have to reship all the lasers, but to group packages to go to certain members. For example a package with lasers to Canada, to US, to UK, to Europe to Australia, etc,.

Awillis, his underspec one,absolutely will get to be replaced.

I have no intention to make any delay,now I have sent via Fedex:

Just yesterday afternoon, I got information from postal agency that
infinitusequitas had signed his parcel,
I think we need not to send Infinitus equitas again.

Procedure :Now what we send via Fedex,are FDA parcels,let me see how
the FDA parcel go through, then send more parcels.

Thanks got the update.

FDA has nothing to do with laser from China to Belgium. So regardless of the outcome Kevin should ship my laser.

Great news! But I'm confused as to what exactly he means with FDA parcels? Did he package the lasers differently? At least they are now shipped via FedEx. Did you already get the tracking number? Last time it took 4 working days to get to me through FedEx :D

So maybe, juuuuust maybe me and Blord can still have our lasers this week :D

My guess is that he means with FDA all US shipments. They go through the FDA via fedex (I think) this is unrelevant to your belgium shipment. I do not have the shipping numbers yet i believe they become available after a day?

Anyways kevin is on top of things now. He gets notified if a parcel gets signed. :p

Ahh ok, I figured as much after googling what FDA meant :p Good thing it doesn't concern me and Blord though :p

Now I can restart the waiting game
