Also is there an extra cost for shipping the extra tailcaps?

I will change your note. I dont know if it costs extra money. Untill now only a few requested that and it was free. But i guess if more people want extra tailcaps and switches kevin will want to see money for it. I am typing a mail now requesting more info about this and the 520 diode.
Until then i will just change the note

Awesome, thanks for the interest! How's 12.5% of the laser's GB cost, for each laser pooled in, + I pay shipping from the analyzer? So each person that pools in a laser will get 12.5% off (I'm hunting down those WL freaks), and free spectro/power measurements (again, I'll cover the re-shipping). Also, if I raise my offer, e.g. 14%, those that accepted my original offer of 12.5% will be upgraded to 15%. This should incentivize quicker interest. Hopefully I'm making sense and not over-convoluting this. :na:
I'm concerned, however, that the "515nm" 30mW and "520nm" 50mW are actually arbitrarily labeled. If they all use diodes from similar batches, and none are getting a spectro, is it false advertising? If the 515s are no likelier to be a low wavelength than the 520s, I'd [obviously] rather go for greater power and a low wavelength (520nm 50mW)!

Then since they'd all be shipping to you Id assume id just be paying the added cost per my laser to your order, which is $9. This means that for $72.88 Id get my laser since shipping to me is also covered by you?
Is this correct? If so Id be interested but my original statement of I want my laser at 520nm stands

You would actually have to arrange the replacements for that member. I dont know just tossing up what you might walk into. A lot of things change when doing it this way.

Not trying to ruin the idea :tinfoil: but it is things to think about.
No not like that. I mean for example with the HL460. The actual diode is a 450nm diode. So it seems like another wavelength whilst it is just the name that should indicate the right wavelength. On almost all models this name is correct but with this one it is sloppy.

On the Skylasers site it has the following description for the direct diode greens:
HL515- 30 520nm (Wavelength) 30-35mW single mode
HL520- 50 520nm (Wavelength) 50-55mW single mode
So it seems they're both 520nm? Is 515 is just a "model number" to denote the lower power output?
Or is he purposefully cutting some of the current to the driver to coax the diode into emitting a lower wavelength? Can anyone shed some light on this?
