Amazes me how the forums seem to go dead on Saturday

One can only assume that the others are out playing with all of their new lasers....

I wish I had my lasers. Fedex really screwing things up... they didn't even get my package to the regional distribution center, it's still in newark, I suspect in a huge container somewhere.

The forum does slow down on saturday a lot. Sunday is usually pretty lively though. I suppose it's because we're all too lazy, or in my case, too hung over to do anything productive.

Hey IE, same thing for me, the tracking showed my package was in Elizabeth Fi night and I called Fed Ex Sat morning and they said it was still at Newark. Tracking showed Fri night at .7.56PM it was at Destination Sort Facility in Elizabeth, , but shows it left Newark Saturday morning at 7.08am. Fed Ex is all screwed up. I was told it would be delivered on Monday, I hope so....

Well, DHL is very fast but also very inconsistent.
The first time I got a delivery from Blord I left a signed note that they were supposed to take but didn't.
The second time from Blord they left the unit and I never left a note.
The third time from the GB I left a note and they took it like they are supposed to.
At least they didn't get held up at all:yh:

Sleep? When was that invented:crackup: I'll have to look up the meaning of the word...
Actually, I go to bed at 9 and am up anywhere from 2:30 to 5 at the latest. I've never slept well but it's more than that.
I have never ending kidney problems having to do with a kidney defect called Medullary Sponge Kidney. Basically the passages that filter are narrower and my body LOVES to form kidney stones and I'm always loaded with ALOT of them. For most people stones just sitting in the kidneys don't cause any discomfort until they start moving down the Ureters. For me, I'm always in pain from it.
The best way to describe it is if you got kicked in the groin but the pain is in the kidney (mostly my left one) area. I always feel it but most of the time it's a 2-3 out of 10 pain (but this can change at any moment and with really no warning). So, sleep and I don't get along too well.
I'm 47 and have been dealing with this since about 1989. It has slowly gotten worse over the years. Was medically retired from the Navy after 10 years (in 1996) because of it but I work a "normal" job. Have gotten very adept at hiding the pain from others.
Commercial/Industrial refrigeration technician for almost 15 years now.
Too much info. for your question (and I probably made some of you wince at the mention of groin kicking) but hey, it is what it is.

Ah darn. Hopefully it'll be out monday...

Thanks for the update, they said they will deliver monday before 4:30pm. Hopefully this time they mean it, although I wouldn't hold my breath.
