@Dave, you get pretty good at building those things fast after the first few. I don't know how many we go through in a week but I'm glad I don't have to build them, lol. At least you don't have to build the big boxes. We have a 28 laser order shipping soon going to one of the gov't agencies. Each system is in a Nanuk 920 storage case (14lbs total) and requires an 18x14x12 double walled box. The FedEx guy is going to crap when he shows up to get them.

When I was a young man, I worked on the other end of the box line. I spent my hung-over days at the end of a conveyor belt in a box making factory . . . . All day . . . five days a week . . . . taking different sized packs of boxes off of the end of the conveyor belt and stacking them on their appropriate pallet waiting for the joyous time when a pallet would be full so I could yell out, "PALLET." Then I would get to experience the orgasmic pleasure of watching the forklift take it away so I could get a new, empty pallet to put in its place.

Ahhhhhhh . . . .Those were the days, eh?

Peace,
dave

That only leaves Denton808. Of course now even if he doesn't respond, his will be the goggles left on the table after the other boxes have been filled ;)
