Got an e-mail this morning saying this were starting production. So hopefully they'll be finished and shipping out in the next couple of days. It's only been 5 days since the order was placed though, and they gave me a 10-15 day production timeline.

They normally send me pictures when it's finished to "verify"

I'm going to see if they can take some pictures with caliper readings as well so if any obvious errors occurred they can be pointed out before they ship.

Modules should be finished Monday or Tuesday. Ill update with pictures when they finish.

Tonight will be Monday morning in China. I hope the module will be finished when I speak to her tonight. I'm really excited to see some pictures.
I'll keep you guys updated.

it's been a month since i created the thread......that's not that fast.

Though we did have to wait for chinese new year to be over to place the order...

and above all, these are production jobs.. much harder than gb's where objective is to collect money beforehand and only that takes up all/most of the time! rest is just shipping wait!

Got an e-mail this morning. Apparently she found the parts had been finished 2 days ago. Someone had packaged them while they were still wet so they got some oxidation. The middle picture shows what they looked like. The bottom picture is after they cleaned them and she wants to make sure this is acceptable.

Copper modules will never stay shiny, so I don't see a problem with it, and they look perfectly fine on the bottom picture.

I'm going to see if she'll take some quick photos with a caliper so we can confirm teh diode pocket measurement before they ship them off to me.

While they look good and were at a good price, I am kind of disappointed that these have threads on the back. It's near the diode side too, which I'd prefer to have filled for extra heat conduction.

Will there be a run in the future that truly do not have any rear threads?

looks great but thought these didn't have the rear treads for the back half of the module. if i would have know i would have gotten more.

Yeah, I only found the reply stating that on page 3 after seeing the pictures.
