Yes, that was the point - offering just a little bit cheaper as an incentive, plus the diffraction gratings. Others sell around $47 shipped, $50 shipped, etc. Mine is $45 shipped INCLUDING paypal fees (which for glenn you also have to add - no offense glenn, i mean, i'm sure no1's complaining.)
However, since it seems as though there is no interest to buy from me for $45 shipped (well, looks like 2 sleds possibly out of 10), I don't know if this GB is going to happen - especially due to the danger of these diodes and the possibility of lawsuits following.

If your in the USA the current FDA rules consider the diodes just one component & there is not even an age limit. Seems to me it would be difficult to prove any negligence (with the current laws) as long as the seller made it clear goggles are Required to operate & pointing it at anyone would be assault.
It is up to the buyer to choose the power to run at but one can argue that since its threshold is ~200mA (w/ ~250mA a usable minimum) that its easily still dangerous at its lowest output if mishandled.
I would be interested in a couple if kiyoukan GB doesn't yield still lower prices.

Could possibly be. Maybe for a few dollars more from everyone I could (just like $2 more). Why though if I may ask? I know the a140 is rated for more lumens, but does it actually use more powerful diodes?

There's no definite data yet, but the a140 diodes appear to be more powerful. The a130 diodes seem to have trouble getting past 1W where as the a140 diodes easily go over 1W.

An extra $3 for europe probably. So $91 american, so about 74euro (someone can correct me if i'm wrong. I used an online calculator).
