So Jake and DayOfhadows both started GB's for roughly the same item; then Jake said (in this thread) he'd cancel his GB; then before Day got his order made, Jake shows up with 50 units and puts them on sale.
I haven't checked the exact dates of all this, but it sounds screwy to me - did Jake sabotage this GB by going around it? I don't know - but the question is worth asking. Group Buys are getting more competitive than cooperative lately. There was one instance - 6X sleds - where cooperation was had after some protest; but that was an exception.
Jake - how's it look to you?

No im ok with him selling them, he started the original idea i just found a better supplier, or at least a cheaper one, if you want to back out PM me so i can take you off the list. i need to get final numbers soon because people are getting anxious for there hosts

well if everyone can pool there money together THIS weekend then i will order them, otherwise i was just told the Chinese new year is coming up and the companys will be close for almost a MONTH!

I will start takeing payments now, BUT if everyone doesnt pay by Saturday night at aprox 11 PM i will refund all and either we'll have to wait till the end of the Chinese new year OR i might have to close the GB ( i hope we can just wait but i am going on a long trip RIGHT after the new year is done so i think i might give some else my supplier and they can take over for me).
