Seems very speedy...but then I'm more used to delivery from DX. ;D
I took DDL's upgrade offer ( :) :))...which my blu-ray diodes see as clemency from a likely death sentence. (I'm still doing enhanced interrogation of iddy biddy reds to see what it takes for them to spill their guts. :-[ :-[ )

Anti static stuff ??? Don't need it ----

1. Wet the floor with water containing a drop or two of soap for a wetting agent.

2. Ground all lab equipment.

3. Take off all your clothes ...

4. Build a laser ;D

You know... I read that entire set of replies and I am very happy that this arrived here so fast! It's exciting and it makes me feel like a kid again...

Although... I must say, Mike, you got the best of me ;D

I'll get these packaged and sent out ASAP once I get all my orders divided up. Please understand that although they are all nicely packaged, there is some control that needs to take place here. Some of you asked for the diodes alone, and some for a full laser. I have everything nicely sorted out in a spreadsheet, so I just have to get my act together and divvy the booty :p

Thanx all :) I'm sure you'll have them and enjoy them ASAP ;)

Alright guys... so here's my next step now...

First of all... for all those that did order upgrades, please PM me so that I verify what my spreadsheet says. I'm kind of not so sure of what I have down because I think I'm missing one or two upgrades... :-? :-/

The other thing is that I have been ABSOLUTELY busy today...
For the full story... check here:

I spent the rest of the day talking to my lawyer about the right course of action regarding that FU-CK! (excuse me, but I'm absolutely pissed at that @$$hole!).

As is in the above post, I am also going to be at the dealership most of the morning and then later on working with the lawyer to untangle some of the problems with this family owned piece of $#!T...

I promise you your orders will be taken care of ASAP. I have some of the orders packaged and ready to go yet, but the postage is still not purchased mainly because I have no reliable mode of transportation now!! :( Aseras, wanna come and help me man? :'(

Please understand my situation... I do not mean to be delaying this, but this is seriously huge!! The original problem was going to cost me ~$1500... if it is actually as big as I think it is with the car now... It'll probably end up costing me a whole new car!! :'( :-/ :-[

Thank you all for your patience;
DDL

Awwwww...man that sucks. Do you know where he connected the probe to? How would connecting a probe cause all these problems? I have no idea. It sounds like he killed the ECU.... :'( But there are no error codes...very strange. Good luck.

Sounds like the ECU is fried. The seemingly random issues are not unlike what I've seen in lightning-struck electronics. That fool bollocksed it up and then some. O2 is still suspect, as is the throttle positioning sensor. The only thing remaining in common that I can think of is the ECU. Those codes it spits aren't an error catch-all.

...then again, I'm not a mechanic.

Where did he connect it? EVERYWHERE!! The idiot was just passing volts all over the damn place!!

What did he use? Why this is an easy one... a probe connected to 120 AC POWER!! Good lord... thinking about it just kills me!

Maybe if Greenie is available he can pass by and help me out... He'll get to see my now dead V-dub! :-[ :'(

Dammit... and I love that car. Cost me a bunch too... :'(
