Depending on how you act and how you change the way you act on here we will see^^ I remember you crazyk, and you were quite the little child. I don't have time to fool with anybody who isn't serious about this and ready to be proffessional. That goes for everyone. But I will put you on the list crazy, let's hope you change your ways.

No you are completely right. I just felt like I was getting attacked for being a new guy. and I got thrown under the bus right away which doesn't really seem fair. I am not want to hold a grudge and I am taking this very seriously I'm concerned about my rep!!! I don't really know how to get it back up though. Lasers are taking a bigger Part in my life than I thought they would when I first started On this forum. So 2 whoever I offended I am sorry!!!

But enough about all that......... thanks for being cool adding me to the list I can't wait to have 1

All you need to do is show you are here to be a productive member. Not one who spams, asks questions that have been asked 1,000,000 kabillion times . You need to post less, and read more. That was my big mistake. Posting alot, before reading alot. But after that, you do cool things for the forums. Post a review of your laser, learn how to build one, show your builds. show us that you aren't some 12 year old kid saying I want some magical lazors to play star wars with and burn everything In my house.

Look at other people with good rep. Look at how they carry themselves, and what they do for the forum. Not what the forum can do for you, but how you can be a productive member. You will earn your rep back if you can prove yourself. Your post is a move In the right direction, just learn proper grammar and punctuation( makes it easier for people to actually be able to read your posts). Type on here the way you would In school, help us to help you.

Edit: see look, now you are In the green. Keep it up.

I can't delete the tags. The removed who tagged this and about 5 other threads has to delete them, or a mod.

It would have to be modified to take a green module, so no. Pontiac is making them all the same, just 1 way. If you have the knowledge and expertise to convert it to a green module host, then more power to you

It can but it'll take a bit of work since I the host will likely be case negative. You'd need to either build your own driver with a negative regulator or find a prebuilt driver that can regulate from the negative side. I'm not sure how well that'd work with the battery indicator that is being designed as an option if you were considering it.

You could probably just kapton-tape the green module for isolation, keep the case negative, and retain the same battery circuitry, and essentially everything else. Use the module's built in driver.

Or, as LT said, you could build a negative regulating driver. The IC you want is (I believe) the LM 337. It shouldn't be too difficult to pull off. I don't see why the battery regulator wouldn't work, you'd just need to isolate IT from the case (if that wasn't already the plan - I forget)

Jake, would you add me to the list as well. I had requested previously via PM but my name is not on the list. Thank you ahead of time. Laser tech has always intrigued me, and I have learned a lot from my reading here. I stumbled upon this forum doing research prior to an Artic purchase from Wicked. Boy was I naive. :p

You can put me down for one of these if they do materialize at some point. I'd probably go for more than one, but only after I have one to check out first.

I think I'll build an "Arctic" without the time wasting security code switch and rave simulators I have to scroll through every time I turn it on. Kind of like the one I ordered before they "upgraded" it to the new & improved G2 DumbSwitch.

Everyone This is going to take some time even once he Starts doing them. Take you Time bud.

EDIT:

@JAKE Update OP Plz with the new information that he just gave us Plz. :na:

jakeGT: It was relevant in the thread where we all taught you how to use a Digital Multimeter. :p I didn't know it'd been in more than just that.

rangedunits: Yeah, probably a good idea... haha... well spotted.

Krogith: Stop hurrying him! We all know he's a busy man, being taken out to dinner by guys on the forum! And besides, the less he updates the cheaper it is for us!

(That's $1 off the price :na:)

 What are you talking about?

And @ cracked , Most likely this will be a 1 run deal, I dought you will be able to get a 2ed one later at the original price we are going to get them at...
