I have a feeling once this gb has finished that there maybe another gb exactly the same at a later date... These are an awsome alternative for builders to give a cheaper upgrade from the 3 element lens builds for a higher output,

exactly, which is why i'm curious how they do with red, I'm considering replacing my 3 element on my single mode red with one.

Shakenawake: If you want that, you should contact Lazeerer to see if he has any more lenses for red.

TRY to contact him. He's a busy guy. When I got my x switch from him, he was readily available for questions, I recently tried to contact him, and haven't heard back since. Worth a try. He's a great guy to deal with when you can get a hold of him.

More tests!

Looks like the lenses has approximately the same efficiency ratios with different wavelengths as the genuine G-2. Again, it's much better than the three element glass but a little worse than the G-2.

Red 638nm:
Fake G-2: 175mW
Genuine G-2: 182mW

Violet 405nm:
Fake G-2: 372mW
Genuine G-2: 382 mW

Let's get to 200 orders!

And do these fit nicely on most lasers, on the 5.6 mm diode or something like that?? Will it fit on blords 501b host copper heatsink. (Check bst) :/... sorry for the noob question but ive never bought a lens seperate.

Well these are made to fit the aixiz/copper modules. Most builders on this forum use them so no problem! :beer:
