Thanks, Jim. I am anxiously waiting for these lenses. Will you have tracking on them, and how can I get that information from you? You have done a clean and smooth GB here and speaking for myself, I am very impressed by you professionalism and calmness in the face of all the obstacles thrown your way. Great job!

Yes! I am very happy with the lenses I have, but I wanted these to compare with my lenses and I had the opportunity to get in on this GB before I had the lenses I have now. I initially spent way more than I quoted you for these lenses, but then they dropped the price right before I was going to send them back because they were quite expensive at first. I came to a resolution with the supplier and got a discount on top of what I initially paid for these lenses. It was a good deal, so I took it and only offered two to you as a favor. If you aren't as thrilled with these lenses as I am send them back and I'll refund your money.

Sure. I will probably get them next week sometime. When I do I will measure the difference between the two lenses and post the results. I guess I thought you felt I bought the GB lenses because mine weren't up to specs. That wasn't the reason at all. I will have 13 of these lenses in total when the four I'm waiting for arrive. The ones I have now are just awesome, and if these new ones come close to them, I will be happy.

I'm afraid this is the last update of my gb...! :(
I am happy to announce that in less than a week after receiving the lenses from China, I managed to ship all orders out! It will probably take about a week or so to arrive! (Spreadsheet has beeen updated accordingly):beer:

Only one out of 206 lenses needed sirious tightening, the other 203 where pretty much fine! I just had to make sure they are tight in order to avoid the parts running wild in the package! :beer:

Was this just one lens without the tightening notches? Or do all the lenses lack tightening notches on the inner barrel? I was thinking if it were just one it may be that it was screwed in upside down with the notches touching the lens. Just an thought....likely a wrong thought too....

Also, what about the other two lenses of the 206 (206 - 1 = 205 of which 203 were fine = 2 not mentioned). Probably nitpicking but I am curious if there were really problems with 2 of them or if you mis-typed either 206 or 203?

There were 2 lenses with missing notches...I kept them so all of you have perfect lenses! :beer:
