Apologies, I was away over the weekend.

It can be useful to mark a GB thread "collecting payments" instead of "closed" and accept additional GB members as long as they pay immediately. If original GB members ultimately drop out you can still make up the numbers. Looks like we are 2 lenses sort of 200, counting only those who have paid.
