Just to clear up, if I want 1 diode, it's $16 to the US and if I buy 2 diodes, it's $26? Are the diodes extracted fully?

The way you have written this is VERY misleading.  Your diodes are $15, EACH, shipped.  They are not $10 each plus S/H.  

Either that or you are charging $5 EACH to cut the ribbon cable and snap the diode off of the sled.  Unless the "handling" is very complex and time consuming, it is usually per order.  Shipping may increase a small amount per additional item IF the weight or size requires an increase in shipping costs.

You are well aware that just pulling a diode off of a sled takes about 30 seconds.  $4.75 will get a priority mail box, that is 9x5x2 inches anywhere in the US.  How many diodes do you think you can fit into a 9x5x2 box?  Shipping and handling is NOT worth $5 per diode for more than one diode.

You can charge whatever you want.  The customer gets to decide if they want to pay it.  However, as long as I am around, you (nor any other) will get away with trying to "trick" people into thinking they are getting something for less than they are.

Your diodes are $15 each, shipped in the US.  You will consider a discount (unnamed) if someone buys more than 8.  You are NOT selling $10 diodes.

ok im not trying to trick any one, its 15 a sled shipped in the us so if u want 2 sleds it will be 30 dollors shipped if ur not in the us its 16 a sled

Yea man just yesterday I read this; When it was 10$ per sled. your international price makes no sense 17$ or 16$. Maybe you just need to update your first post.

I'll take one in the module for $15 + $4 + $2 = $21.

(I'm pretty sure if I tried to insert it myself, I would end up with a laser that pointed at a 50 degree angle from the parallel).

This is my first group-buy, but I think I understand how it works. You collect 50 orders, then we all pay, then you order and ship them out, right?
