60mw Bluray 405nm laser diode GB poll

The spec sheet on these says 7mW. Out of curiosity, does anybody know how these very expensive diodes compare to the GB blue rays from the PlayStations? I mean, I know people are running the PS3 diodes at around 15mW. What are they rated at?

i think they are rated at <5 mW but not 100% sure

I got some pricing on some 65mW 405nm diodes. He copied the details of the spec sheet here:

Tempting to go for his offer to get 2 of these diodes at the 100 pcs. price of $499 ea. I asked if I could get only one at this price to test, because I just lost a lot of money on a mistake I made on a different diode. No reply yet. But, this guy lives local to me. About 30 minutes from my house.

Anybody interested? Maybe a group effort for some testing? I bet we could ask DDL, or drlava, or Hemlock Mike to test these...

Sorry, I don't mean to rain on the parade, but Sharp newest blue (violet) laser diode that can output 250mW (pulse) will be available in April at 50.000yen (around $490), sample quantity.
