good thing i got them out when i did, we currently have an inch and a half of snow on the roads, and its coming down heavily still and supposed to until tomorrow morning yet

Haha yupp. I was 98% sure you were going to send them out today so i wanted to make sure that everyone got their test loads at about the same time as their diodes. Also because i knew today was going to snow like crazy. And it has, so i didnt want to risk driving to much on the icy road.
Regarding round 2, i might participate if i have enough money

DTR sells these for $40 each if you buy 3 or more. No need for a GB, IMO

there on page 2 or 3 i believe, towards the beginning there is directions on how to use the switches

No problem =]
And if its one of the 6 DIP switches then dont use swtiches 4,5 and 6. And follow the instructions for the other 3.

atleast 1 arrived safetly, and i used such big envelopes cause i found them in my house and i figured why not save some money. and no problem

OK, i got'm both today. diodes arrived in the antistat envelope inside a chew can( give up chew'n, you'll be glad you did ten years from now, trust me) inside a big brown evelope. and the test load arrived today also, thanks matt.
