Who tried to stick an LD in this rock? You know very well rock is not a good thermal conductor!

Yeah, but that's not a rock, it's a potato, and as we all know, potatoes are a great thermal conducter, besides when it gets heated up, you can just eat it! :crackup:

Edit: That "rock" may belong to this guy, he's looking to heat a rock with a laser!

I didn't know if the diode needed earthing or not! And then I hit rock bottom.

BowtieGuy, I wonder if he was aiming to close with a NUBM44 and then this happened. :thinking:
