Most likely a 488nm compact DPSS laser;

In the one related page (same topic & pictures) it mentions an argon not being portable, and this being a solid state laser. Click

It looks like the lens/sensor assembly is connected to a remote laser head by the black fiber optic cable. I'm guessing that the two orange fibers run back to the diagnostic sensor or something...

Yeah.. that's my guess as well... The Laser and sensors are
remotely supplied by the Fiber Optic cables.
