Will a Green Laser module get through customs?

Hi guys, I am from Australia, new to lasers and I am interested in getting the following 50mw green laser module (module not pointer) from ebay. 50mW 532nm 3.0-3.7V Green Laser Diode Module (eBay item 400195839648 end time 17-Apr-11 22:54:55 AEST) : Musical Instruments
Has anyone else brought the same or similar laser module online? Will it get through customs. Some people are saying that modules will get through and others are saying it won't. Can I have a definite answer please. I really don't want to get in trouble with customs but I really want this laser.

Considering it's not actually a laser pointer, yes it should get through fine as I've ordered many in the past.

Thanks for your advice. I have just ordered a 10mw module because the 50mw one is too powerful for me as a beginner. Hopefully it gets through customs ok.

i hear australia is one of the hardest countries on lasers... there are many experienced members here from your country. you should wait to hear from them...
