It is also bad forum manners to "double post" or what you just did. Instead use the edit button. It's in the lower right hand corner of your post.

That is excellent, good statement to support your lasers for responsible kids only theory. Lets educate those kids by letting them watch us shine a 500mW green laser at a white piece of paper. I would assume that you would give them all glasses, or just have them stare at the spot?

All I can say is I'm glad that you don't have a 500mW green laser. Blinding a bunch of schoolkids would really be great for the laser world.

And CAM, lookie here! Just random thread where another user says how crappy his rayfoss laser is. Just FYI, a decent 100mW laser will light a match. Your laser probably is not even 100mW.

First of all, I said lol meaning i was kidding around. I know that a 500mw green laser is dangerous beyond comprehension. That's why I picked it because I assume everybody here is a responsible laser user and knows that a 500mw green laser is not something you bring to school. I know that anything higher than 100mw of green and it becomes like a green sun. The dot would be really painful to look at. Second of all, I am a responsible person. I know blinding a bunch of school kids are bad. I've seen news articles about lasers. I know what they are capable of. I know that not everyone is capable of using a laser. Adult or kid. And I did say I was kidding. Geez. I assume nobody here would bring a 500mw green laser to school and risk expulsion. Lasers are not a joke but I assumed you would know when somebody is joking. lol usually means that.

EDIT: Even CAM knows I was joking. He said lol on the next post.
