What do I need to be safe?

What do I need to protect my eyes and any other part of my body from a 100mW green laser that does not have an infrared filter. I know I need safety glasses, but I do not know what kind I need. I want to be able to operate it safely. I will be using it to burn stuff so I want to take many safety precautions and learn all the safety rules.
