I own a dilda, a green true 100mw DX laser and a green 50mw cheapo. I want to protect my eyes, especially from the dilda with which I want to burn things. Ive searched several known sites but as I live in Greece, the total cost with shipping is very high. Ive found those goggles in ebay. They are a pair and will cost $40 with shipping if I win the auction.: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...&Category=3179&_trkparms=algo=LVI&its=I&otn=2
1. Are these ebay goggles worth it? Are these http://www.laser2go.com/650g.htm better? Ive heard some bad comments about ZoneStealth in this forum.
2. Are these http://www.laser2go.com/532g.htm a good choice for my green lasers? They seem to be cheap enough with shipping.

EDIT1:please answer me soon because the auction is ending soon.
EDIT2:I dont think ZoneStealth's shipping to Greece will be free...
Please help me decide..

I own Dilda and the 100mW true greenie.

I can tell you that the green one pukes IR light all over the place, and thats the one you should worry about!

Get IR goggles! Im ordering a pair in a few days ( need money.. )

The red one (Dilda) isnt that harmfull. It doesnt have IR light, only red light.
( Just dont put your eye en the beam o_O )

I aggree, but I want to burn things with dilda so it's gonna be harmful without goggles.

"Safety Goggles OD : 1.3 at 650nm"

I think i would go with OD 2+

also, i wouldn't be so feared about the IR from the greenie, it's unfocused and it's 30mW~ max wich is nothing compared with 60-70mW of green focused light.

Albert, thanks for your answer. Do you know where I could find good goggles for red lasers? In wickedlasers it will cost me $59 incl. shipping and in dragonlasers it is $29.99 without shipping. I estimate shipping at around $20 as ive read in the forum..

The goggles are a must. You NEED to have them, your eyesight is not worth the small amount of money you would save.

I aggree that goggles are a must and I value my eyesight and health in general. But I'm trying to find the best deal (good, safe goggles at a low price).

I've made a little research and found the dragonlasers google to be the best bet. I can buy blue+red laser goggles for 74 dollars incl. shipping. But unfortunately the "Red laser beam protection 640-750nm" are out of stock now and my dilda is 660nm. Do you suggest me waiting? Are dragonlasers goggles really good and safe?
