Whenever I try to focus on object e.x my hand it looks like transparent/white shadow is just infront of it, it's just not feel clear to focus I don't know how to explain and when I look at blue sky it's like black shadow moving like waves but real weak black cloudy waves static-like same as looking at full white image on pc screen, but when I'm playing fps games I don't notice anything serious.
any help or idea if I have an eye damage whould be appreciated.

No idea. Might be floaters, cataracts, retinal tears or God knows what. Go to an eye doctor if you need to know.

Yes something like Razako said, these are not the symptoms of eye damage from a laser if that's what your asking. If you can, go get an eye exam from an optometrist and they may refer you to an ophthalmologist if needed.

Does sound like an issue with floaters.

A drastic increase in floaters could be a sign of trauma, but it sounds more like you're just noticing a small abnormality.

If you're worried, see an eye doctor, preferably ophthalmologist, but even an optometrist would be able to see big problems.
