I mean the only way to know for sure if those work is to test it with ad LPM and the laser. I'd recommend you these for $10 more than your budget Eagle Pair® 190-540nm Standard Laser Safety Goggles

The uvex goggles have been tested by many members with LPMs to be sufficient for multiple watts of 445 and do almost as well at 405. You can search the forum for the threads.
