Well, TECHNICALLY - anything over 5mw ! But not everyone follows that. I almost insist (like I can do that !) that you get them if it is 35mw or more...

id probably be saying anything over 20 mW needs glasses, i cant talk cos i have a 50mW without any but im VERY careful with it
