Ok. If some jerk is tagging me with SOMETHING. I think its a laser. I don't see a steady light beam. But I do see a little colored light in bushes by his house. Very faint. I then feel light headed/an euphoric almost dizzying feeling. My eyes get instantly red. My bottom eyelids get very swollen. And I get flush. Sometimes my ears pop/feel pressured. Also my mouth gets very dry and I feel a gagging sensation in my throat. THIS IS SERIOUS. No joke. Forget the police. He hides his THING when they arrive. Is there a screen I can use. Is there some type of METER I can wear on me that would indicate that I've been tagged.

You might want to ask your doctor for some allergy medicine. Those are not symptoms of laser exposure.

Your neighbor is obviously beaming invisible mind waves at you. Your only hope for protection is to construct a waveblocking cranial deflection cap, or an AFDB, and wear it at all times.
Here are some links including schematics for constructing your own.

Good luck.

None of those are laser symptoms.
As said, those sound like allergies, are you being exposed to anything that could cause you allergies?
But as said, those are DEFINATLY NOT laser symptoms.

Sounds to me like you might have been exposed to some kind of drug. ;)  Are you feeling a bit paranoid? "He hides his THING when they arrive."

Not to get all "serious" on what may or may not be a legit thread, BUT they DO make the Oleocapescium-resin ("pepper spray") handhelds as a combo unit with a red laser for targeting - symptoms match, don't ask me how I know...

(maybe the cops thought I was a bear???)
