it is also produced by to much particles of dirt in the eye, so wash your eyes more frequently and if you are in a very bright environment...well use sun glasses :) or glasses that can reduce the amount of light by a small or big portion....like transitional lenses XD

I have both a dead spot (tried to make a laser with sunlight and a microscope when i was 8) and 2 floaters. If i look left or right really fast i can make the object change position in my field of vision. annoying as hell but usually just a sign of age. i had both checked out and was told to expect more floaters as i age. then i got the complementry finger in the bum and a cold see you in a year.

WOW that gets the blood pumping!!! 17 is a daring age on a bike! I'm 36 and have been riding since i was a kid, my first street bike was a ninja and i was around your age. It really is the most incredible feeling when you find your groove and spend a whole day on country twistys. Just remember to look where you want to go, never out ride your abilitys and don't do anything that'll get you killed!!! Shiny side up buddy ;)

I plan on getting myself a bike sometime in the nearish future. The insane gas prices are one of the biggest draws for me to grab a bike on top of my love for two wheel travel :D

I was actually thinking a ninja would be a good bike to start off with since everyone tells me they are good balanced bikes that aren't expensive and last well.

the ninjas and the yzfr6 or even the gsxr are all amazing machines and will preform far better then you actually need for the street. keep in mind that in order for a bike to be allowed on the track in a ama bike race it has to have a production counter part on the street. this means that you are actually riding a race bike with street legal features. really it just comes down to price and fit when your shopping, and understanding how much power is behind that throttle.

ive seen those things my whole life since i was a kid of like 5 years old.
They only appear when i close my eyes until the point i can barely see the envoirement anymore. i also see those when i have my eyes 100% closed.

I also have those floaters. Ever since i can remember? I've allways thought that it was normal and they only appear very rare. Just like borgqueenx said when i allmost close my eyes in a bright environment.

I've allways thought they were dirt or bacteria or something lol :p

Anyway since everybody has them i think it is normal.

Greetings,,
