Im currently building a 200mw 532nm laser and need a pair of goggles....
I was wondering if anybody could vouch for these pair as they seem pretty cheap

Don't touch cheap generic glasses.
Buy Eagle pair glasses, as they are the cheapest functional glasses that you can buy. Only buy them from survival laser because they are guaranteed authentic.

These will protect the green and ir leak of the laser.

Those don't say what they are rated for a which wavelengths and O-like isn't a very trusted seller and has been getting some bad reviews. Definitely don't go cheap on the protection, I did at first but eventually got a nice pair and regret getting cheapo glasses in the first place.

What Duke said is true, but those are fancy glasses.
They do have better protection (my laser shields blow away my Eagle pairs), but that is not to say Eagle pairs don't work.
They provide good protection and are a fraction of the price of the expensive glasses.
For your first pair Eagle pair are a great choice.

Maybe, OD 4 is good, but if you want to not look like a dork the other ones have stylish frame options and can double as usable sun glasses you can actually wear outside the house. I would recommend not for driving though, makes it harder to see those green lights.
