I was reading some posts about Laser Warning Labels and the label generator located at safelasers.org. The site appears unavailable at this time and there seems to be a need for this service.
I threw together some quick code, this weekend, and my Yet Another Label Generator is now available at:
Laser Safety Label Generator
The page prompts for key parameters, and builds the label text. It allows one to edit and pretty much specify any text or wording they may want on the label.
Also provided are a couple options on color and label style.
Feedback invited. If there are needs not provided by the script, send me a PM and I’ll see what I can do.
Disclaimer: the script will likely be different from the one at safelasers.org, since I never got a shot at seeing it work before the site went down. I found another resource on the net that provides a similar feature at:

but their labels look little like the one on my old 10mW HeNe. I used the label from the circa 1990’s tube as guide in coding my script.
