Laser Safety ANSI Z 136.1-2014 download?

Does anyone know where one can download the American National Standards for Laser Safety -- ANSI Z 136.1-2014 without paying $200? I've googled around a bit, but it doesn't pop up on anything but paid sites...

ANSI Z 136.1-2007 has good rules for diffuse reflections. I just wanted to check that nothing changed from 2007 to 2014.

one would think safe use trumps profits but...

Pretty sure one does not exist-- as that question was asked at the ILDA LSO course in Aug 2013-- IIRC its not a govt entity-- so they can charge what they want===
And they must think very highly of it when you hear the price..


also not sure it it applies to those in Canada...

BUMP & UPDATE- its not free- quite expensive.. It AFAIK bigger laser show companies may need to buy and have handy-- one more 'tool' to defend with in the case of lawsuit--just like show plans- current variances- and having at LEAST a LSO 'on staff'. (etc)
