Buy them from focalprice. They are more than enough for green lasers up to 200mW (at least that's the highest I've tested them).

IMO with the other you are just paying the certification etc etc...

I suggest you to buy these ones and to test it yourself. You need the light to be blocked for 0.25s, so just shine your laser at them and look how many light passes.

In case they do not suit, just save them in case you want to show the laser to someone, better this than nothing... xD

above 400mw is a LOT of power! Don't go for cheap goggles! The OD isn't even listed! with these high power levels, get something listing an OD and known to protect you for at least a few seconds. I'd recommend a good brand or EN-207 rated goggles with proper OD, ebay will do fine mostly. 400mw green is very expensive, but your eyes are priceless. Don't save on goggles. Green goggles are very common, it won't be hard to find real laser safety goggles, these look like the goggles made to visualize red lasers for construction purposes...
Or buy two, one to blow up to characterize the OD and how long that OD lasts :)
Edit: to be a litte more specific: the goggles may work fine for the average laser, but you're working with quite high power here, I wouldn't use them with this power level.

If you're outside of the US, those dragon laser goggles might be a good deal. However if you live in the US, the shipping from DL is very expensive. You can get the OEM certified goggles for almost the same price, and not have to wait for shipping from China like you would with DL.

400-532nm Hobby and Education Protective Eyewear [NOR-AL2-00000H-700] - $47.93

They are OD 2+ for 400-532nm, so it will turn a 500mW laser into a 5mW when shining through them for short periods of time.
