If you are ever going to use it indoors (burning, pointing, divergence-calculating) then Yes.
If you only plan on pointing at things outside that are extremely far away from you, or into the sky to see the beam, then No.
Personally, I don't even like to look at a +100mW bluray dot on a white wall, it's uncomfortably bright. I use bluray protective goggles (yellow or red) whenever I do anything that might potentially reflect the beam into my eye, or for anything that requires me to look at the focused dot.

Yes. You should use goggles for any class III or higher laser. 120-150mW is really high and it can blind you in a millisecond if you don't use goggles.

You said your laser is blu-ray/violet, so the goggles can't be red/blue. They should be yellow. You shouldn't try making your own laser protection goggles, it's best to just buy real goggles for your own safety.

Hell no! That cheap colored film won't protect your eyes from any laser. It's like using a piece of craft-yarn as a seatbelt: not goinna' work.
Your best option is to buy an inexpensive pair from dragon lasers:
$25-$30
Don't risk doing damage to your eyes, you may need them for the rest of your life.

All the answers above should be sufficient, but I'll try to emphasize it a bit.

You DEFINETLY DO need goggles.

DO NOT make your own.

The ones linked above should work well.

deep-red goggles from Focalprice or o-like are also effective for BR ..... NOT the light orange ones sold here and there, these ones i mean ..... not the other types ..... i buyed two pair of them, and tested them with green and BR, and they are ok, where instead the light orange ones are NOT good for protection .....

Ofcourse, all these goggles are designed for accidental reflections, and NOT for look straight into the beam ..... hope there's no need to say this

You're right, those red work better against BR than orange. The orange or yellow ones block most of the violet light, but the red ones block all of it(or at least almost all). Once Eudaimonium and I shined a blu-ray through his red laser protection goggles and we were both very surprised when we saw that none of the violet light was passing through them at all.
