Man what an idiot. If your going to do it atleast only do it once. Not again and again. These videos always make me laugh though.

Idiot in the first video, the second video is funny though, now that would be distracting to a real pilot

*where are all these lights coming from!?*

That was put together by the guys over at photonlexicon, not a good idea to put on youtube, would give people the bad idea to point lasers at helicopters in the first place... At least it has a warning in the description though.

Idiots like the one in the first video will never cease to amaze me at what little intelligence they have...
@Scotty 757: No, you never do it. It doesn't matter if you're intoxicated, deluded, etc, you should never do this or anything of the sort. It's just another reason for bans to be made on lasers.

Btw, some of the people in the second video don't look like they're wearing safety glasses  Although they might be low powered 1-5mW with a lot of smoke...but still.

Yeah.... that's what we need... a basically new LPF Member telling all the
other new members that they should shine a High Powered Green Laser towards
a flying aircraft.... BUT ONLY ONCE....:tsk:

I couldn't DISAGREE more....

The blind... leading the blind...

wonder why they would post the video... to show people how easy it is to get them?

Why would anybody consider this after seeing that escape is impossible. Let alone
risking a crash.

i found the following video of a bunch of people in the room shining lasers on a toy helicopter just as stupid. i could be wrong, but i dont think anyone is wearing eye protection. it never ceases to amaze me just how stupid people can be. and X2 at what laserbee said.

NEVER POINT AT AIR CRAFT. who cares about the law, think about morality in general... you risk hurting other people. even if it wasn't against the law it's still retarded PERIOD and should never be done.
