Well i was testing stuff out with batterys which one is stronger etc. Then i decided to put i dot on my arm and put the laser on it. It stung it was only on for 2 seconds. That wont harm me?. No redness or anything

Not any more than any burn will. When it comes to deep (true) blue and UV, there are some questions there as far as cell damage and cancerous effects go (there's a thread on it here after Wicked Lasers made some statements) - but 532+IR isn't going to do anything more than burn. On skin, it'd be the same as putting a recently lit matchhead on there.

Not something I'd be itching to do, but whatever floats your boat - unlikely to be any long term health effects though.
