Please wear your laser safety glasses! People need to know how important it is to protect their eyes!

You can imbed your video, but make a new one wearing proper laser safety glasses.

To use the YouTube embed feature, you use the video ID code, along with the [YT ] BBCode tags:

Like this: (without the space after "T")

[YT ]M7LF7T8c24c[/YT]

Just the code though, not the full link like this:

[YT ]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7LF7T8c24c[/YT]

Thanks you for the review and welcome to the forums. :D

Nice review. Just try to wear some kind of eye protection if you're using that thing indoors. One bad reflection off an object in the house could damage your eyes.

I cannot condone a video of burning lasers indoors without eye safety. I recommend you remove your videos until this has been corrected. It sets a very poor precedence.

Sorry man. I won't make videos without goggles anymore. I mention in one of them that I'm an idiot for not wearing them, but like I said, I won't make videos without wearing them anymore.

Are the things you quoted (like divergence, power, battery life, and on-time) things you've tested, or things you've read from their website?

Those things are actually true :)

It has a corrective lens inside, can run untill battery drain etc..

it even comes with safety goggles, so not sure why not mentioned in the video.. Unless he didn't purchase from WL direct.

I agree, he should make a new video wearing proper laser safety glasses, if one young person ends up with a lifetime of disability because they saw someone else doing it and thought it was ok then we have not helped, and even if we can't help we can at least make every effort not to hurt.

Please remake the video.

I don't know if you're missing the point or not.

I'm/we're saying you should make a new video showcasing your inferno, only be wearing your safety glasses or don't have your face in the shot if not, because it gives kids the idea it's ok and I will tell you there are 2 kinds of people who work with lasers, those who have made a mistake and those who are going to.

I have been glad I was wearing my glasses before, it can happen so innocently, something gets bumped or dropped, anything can happen in an instant.

Now you can view your beam without glasses but you need to have the laser pointed in a safe direction, handling it firing straight up in front of your face is one slip away from an accident.

I can remake that video when I'm at home again then. Like I said I mentioned in one of my videos that you SHOULD anyways wear safety glasses and that I usually do. They've definitely saved me before too!! So I really apologize for my arrogance. I love lasers with a passion and no one else around me does. I was really hoping to find some good friends on here.
