I want to first start off by saying Kaidy it is a shame you work for such a bad company. You are great at what you do, your company is not.

I am sure everyone can remember the GB by kaidy for lasermans featuring the 200mw 4-in-1 532nm that was guaranteed at least 150mw. None of the lasers came close to 150mw the majority were <100mw. Then half of the members were sent different lasers because they ran out of stock, they didn't notify anyone.

If you want to read more about them you can go HERE

As a result of everything Kaidy was able to get me a $10 gift card for being sent the wrong replacement laser. So I went back on to Lasersman and browsed around and decided to settle on this laser.

150mW 532nm Mid-open Green Laser Pointer Pen (2 x AAA)

Originally $68.35 marked down to $29.39. Yes it is alot more than I would usually spend on a green pen but I figured you get what you pay for.

Before I purchased it though I contacted kaidy and this is what was said.

Also is there anyone you can ask about the power output of this laser it says 150mw but we both remember the Group Buy with the 200mw 532. I am in need of a high powered above 100mw but i don't want to waste money. I hope you understand.

Hi Marc,
Sorry for the delay. The factory just replied me today.

They said it's more than 100mw.
So please do not worry about this.

Nice day!

So with an answer like that I purchased the laser and I received it today. I am like a kid on christmas every time I get mail, well lets just say all that excitement disappeared when I put batteries in it and turned it on...

I know your eyes are a deceiving LPM but I would of bet anything that this was way below 100mw. So I ran the DIY circuit that Jerry had posted for an ophir head and I measured it. As you will see from my video at zero my dmm was reading .006 and it peaked at .044, if my math is correct then this laser peaked at 38mw. You have to be kidding me as the title states NOT AGAIN!!! So today is the day where i tell anyone who is considering buying from them... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU THINK YOU BOUGHT! The sticker on the laser didn't even have a power checked off! Atleast they got the wavelength right.... I am sorry about this guys I know i am only out $20 since I have the gift card but the lying that has gone on with this company is absolutely ridiculous. I feel there should be a warning thread made for anyone considering buying from them so thats why my title says warning.

Well here is some videos and pictures to go along with my bickering.

Zero is at .006 and it peaks at .044 so .044-.006=.038mw peak

Here is proof that they sent the correct item

The batteries must be why the original price is high for a 38mw pen

As you can see they didn't have time to test and mark the power or even push the sticker all the way down.

Now time for a beamshot comparison.
I am putting it up against a pen that I had made using the $10 Fasttech 50mw 532nm module inside a pen kit. I forget the exact power of the module but it measure between 70mw-90mw.

I switched sides just to make sure the difference had nothing to do with the lighting somehow.
