Various lenses tested in an Arctic G1

Here is a review of 4 different lenses in an Arctic G1.
I will be testing:
The original Arctic lens
An Aixiz full thread glass lens (not 405/445 coated)
An Aixiz half thread 405/445 lens
A Jayrob 405-G-1 lens.

All LPM tests were done with a full charged Tenergy 2600 battery:
In order of mW:

#1 – The Jayrob 405-G-1

#2 – The Aixiz 405/445 half thread lens

Conclusions:

The Jayrob lens gives a nice boost in mW. It's drawback is the divergence is almost twice as much as the stock lens and the Aixiz 405 lens. Haven't measured it exactly, but by its 20' measurement, it should be in the 3.5 to 4 mRad range.

The Aixiz 405/445 lens provides a nice balance of power and beam shape. It's my favorite lens in my G1. The mRad measured 2.13

The stock Arctic lens is very close to the Aixiz 405 and works quite well, just a little lower mW. The mRad should be the same as the Aixiz 405/445

The full thread Aixiz lens gives the tightest beam, but at a severe cost in mW.
Can't see the use unless divergence is a priority. It's measured mRad is 1.55

As you can see, the lens construction and anti-reflective coating makes a huge difference.
The Jayrob 405-G-1 is a single element lens, the other three have 3 elements and various coatings.
