Sirius 1-C Stubby

I though I would throw out a few pictures of the newest build I had the pleasure of putting together from DeadEyeMo. These are just amazing hosts. I give much respect to the amount of detail that goes into making one of these as it really is incredible. This one is unique as it is a little shorter than the last build which I really like.:D

I will not go into the entire build tutorial as it is the same as the Siruis 1-C I reviewed. See here for a detailed build guide.;)

Awesome , the LPM didnt believed at first and stopped at 1.6W, then it sting the LPM and it starts moving again.. XD
btw.. what housing and lens is that?

This host is certainly very well done, and in my opinion is very nice, and your work, excellent as always :beer:

But if you let me constructive criticism, which frankly I do not like,
is that with this design so elegant, why does not make a supplementary piece
to hide and regulate the focusing ring, because this piece,
and with this host design, is IMHO extremely ugly,
and detracts from the great beauty of this laser.

Edit: aside, I also believe that to be uncomfortable to regulate the focus with this ring so small.

Also I was very surprised that the initial power, 1671mW approx, came to 2031mW, at 2:40 Min,
approximately 22% more than the initial power, for a blue laser really surprises me.

I hadn't noticed that before, i agree with you 100%, they should make a focus ring for their hosts !

Totally agree.. Just one Ring, that could cover the copper heatsink . . But this Sir, looks like the one made of gold n platinum and only be held by a King XD

This one Flaminpyro is currently making a focus adapter for but unfortunately I won't get a chance to see it.:cryyy:

I have talked with them a few times about making focus adapters and it is in the works but they are currently trying to get through the orders they have before designing new stuff.:beer:

As supper laser it dous not need a special focus ring
You have to see it like a 50-60 sf Beamer
I even would use it without the axizz ring on the lens and yust fix it to infinity
Thus this is only my opinion
Wot means taste do differ a lot
I like them the way they are
Inputs from all over the world would only change
The desing maybe easier to use
But like old fashion cars they sometimes had to be handcranked
And we do not put in electric starters not to damage the originality
So I would say 100/100 for desing !
