They are the bomb, every laserist should own at least 5. It completely reflects 445nm light, around 1W output goes to.. zero! I don't have an LPM but, in a completely dark room, the only light that goes thru are the fluorescence of the goggles, VERY DIM yellowish light.

Bought a pair for me and for any other person that would like to see a 445/532 laser.

Arrived today, together with some other goggles (o-like 532/445, focalprice 532, dinodirect 660). The focalprice goggles leak around 5mW of 1W, and have around 30% visible light thru. The O-like goggles leak around 5mW of 1W, and have around 40% VLT. The eagle pair leak 0mW (no blue) of 1W, and have around (I think..) 60% VLT. I can clearly see everything with they. For their price, its a steal!

They are stylish too, heheh.

Garoq, please have some words.

edit: just a small con.. they burn easier than other goggles so, for godssake don't use they for measure IR of your greenie, neither point your bluie too much time into it, my camera has a very fast shutter so it was not noticeable, but I was moving the laser to not burn the goggles.

You will need to resize your picture to 600 X 800..
It takes up 2 computer screens and makes it near
impossible to read you text..:cryyy:

Thanks for the comments Leodahsan, I personally think the price/performance ratio of these goggles is outstanding! $42 each for OD4+ protection, and they include a nice case and cleaning cloth. Also, we just recently received a graph of OD vs wavelength that can be downloaded here.

Only minus to these is that they don't fit over glasses very well.

Otherwise these seem to be the best option for 445/532, I mean short of going into much higher prices.

@Garoq

Can you recommend where where I can get a pair? Definitely something I'm interested in. I'm surprised there isn't more of a demand.

Btw, ordering next laser from you.

These goggle are awesome.:) They block my 2W 445nm down to Nothing.

Heres a video: My meter display only goes up to 2W so when you see it max out its doing over 2W. Iam getting a new display in the mail tomorrow.

Good Choose on these goggles.

Best way is just ordering on the Survival Laser webstore at Survival Laser Home. Checkout is with PayPal, these are in stock and usually ship the same day the order is received or the next business day.

Thanks!

Sorry I didn't really ask a clear question there before. I was actually wondering about goggles that fit over glasses, from eagle pair.

Since I'm getting ready to reorder soon I'll ask them to include some of the slip over goggles, and I'll post something on LPF when they arrive.

I would like a set or two of the slip-over-prescription-eyeglasses model as well.

I'll be sure to post when they arrive, and can take orders and ship immediately.

@All
Sorry for the big picture, just noticed now. Glad you people liked the goggles, they are the bomb!!
the only con are they don't fit over prescription glasses, thats true.. but I do not need that function anyways.

@lasersbee
Welcome back, will do :)

Well, they kind of fit over glasses, but for me they leave a huge gap potentially permitting a reflection from above. I've been wearing a baseball cap to negate this effect whenever playing with my 1.2W o-like:o
