A bread knife can be dangerous too and a letter opener can be used as a weapon as well.

Sorry for being off topic, but am getting nuts when hearing such statements. Noone care if someone is buying an arm long bread knife. Neither paypal nor the customs, but everyone cares about what someone "could" do with a laser.

Once the lady at the customs office told me I "could" use the laser to build a "Taser". LoL. I was already willing to tell her she "could" kill me with the carpet cutter she was holding in her hand while standing in front of me, but fortunally she agreed it´s to me what I´m doing with it and as long I´m not going to harm other people there is no reason to not give it to me.

Oh i call BS to the n'th degree!!!!! Paypal doesnt let you sell any lasers over 5mW so if this was the case then almost all of your lasers would have to be taken down. You can say what you want but you cant pull the wool over our eyes, nice try though.

afaik it is a 5mW limit, thats how all the fleabay sellers get away with their "5mW" laser pens. fleabay owns pooppal so if pooppal didnt allow 5mW then fleabay wouldnt either

Agree, but Paypal also forced DealExtreme and other companies to not to sell lasers over 5mW. Just they anyway found a way how to sell their lasers via Paypal payment, so the point you made before is also legit.

If there is a willing to sell this laser they would find a way for Paypal accepting payments. Afaik O-Like is for example still accepting payments via Paypal.

companies like lazerer and o-like (afaik) find ways around it by sending you invoices from random pooppal addresses. they are never tied to the company in any way so thus there is never a mention of lasers. pooppal doesnt catch on to this and they are always rotating emails so they cant catch on
