Joker you are so ridiculous that you expose someone personal information here. You have already used your customer address to threaten them on reporting them to their government since he ask you to keep you promised.

do not get the authority involve in this!! all of us will be effects by this... we are talking 250 members and 15000 guest being fine up to 10,000 dollar each and 5 years in jail!! ( you will end up in jail as well for buying prohibited items.) and we will all end up on media....(due to huge arrest).
Joker refunded you and so end of story...Trust me, that *$100* does not worth causing this Armageddon
he should not...what joker did there was stepping over the line...but making a selfish decision to involve the authority which may caus heavy fine to all 250 members and risk them all getting throw in jail is even is the worst.
i'm not taking side i'm just saying that both side are in the wrong as of this moment.
Joker: reveal personal info of customer with out their is a breach of law.
Customer: getting the authority involve just to get *$100* and risk everybody of this forum to be throw in jail is bad.
my solution:
-give up on the *$100*
-Joker write a letter of apology for not being able to deliver what he promise and the way he conduct his act.
-Customer accept it and move on.
-Everybody will be happy..... yh sure both side will lose something....
Joker have to swallow his pride and admit his mistake...(he's is a great guy)
Customer will have to understand that wanting the *$100* is being greedy even though some one else promised the money.

Isaac, the problem is on his personal quality. He doesn't admit his failure, he threatening someone, he revenge by exposing cowboy name and address. What's the point on doing this. This is another threatening. This is definitely not a thing that good person will do. You cannot 100% tell he is good guys just because he will actually send a product. This is basic for a company to do and not a credit…..
Not agreed. Let consider it is a coupon not $100. A company promised to send a coupon due to late shipment. No one will feel happy as they thought they will have this at the beginning.

How about giving a neg rep to joker for posting in public private information.
He needs to not do that to anyone, I don't want to report anything to any government agency what so ever and I wont, but he needs to know that is not cool.

Couldn't post #31 simply be deleted by the mods and then the personal information won't be there anymore? Posts are deleted all the time for other reasons. At least it would undo (to some extent) any damage done. So thejoker made a mistake. I hope that after all the good he's done and the good reputation he has here--being a paid advertiser and donator to the site with many happy customers--it isn't all forgotten because of one posting.

No damage will be done even if his personal info is out. Like he does to me by spreading lies and hate. I can do the same. If not here I can just open a website about him. It is the same for me.

Just ask the moderators to delete the posting with your personal info in it. I'm sure they'll do it.
I think he understands it's not cool to post that information (post #31). I think by the end of the day, assuming everyone steps away from this until then, this whole thing will not seem as bad tomorrow.
